The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) works to strengthen and amplify the success of women in the construction industry. Prime Electric also wanted to raise awareness of the opportunities for women, and highlight the work of many of the women on their team.
From behind the lens, we got to know some of Prime Electric’s star female employees, learning more about their entrance into the industry, as well as the diverse and interesting projects they are involved with.
We worked with Prime Electric to collect footage of their women in the field on projects in both Washington and California. Each story was in itself inspiring, and the collection of voices created a powerful tribute to Prime’s commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the industry.
