Project Overview

Aligning with excellence

As the Northwest’s premier high-end homebuilder, Schultz Miller reached a point where their brand image no longer represented their position in the residential construction market. One thing still held true, their promise to provide clients with a construction experience as exceptional as the homes they build. We worked with the leadership team to assess the current brand, and build a plan for developing messaging and visuals that more closely aligned with the firms promise to customers. The updated Schultz Miller image rolled out with a new logo, website, brand platform, advertising, video, site signage, vehicle graphics and more.

The Challenge

A new era begins

With a recent shift to a new generation of owners, a move to a new office, and the dawn of a new era for the company, Schultz Miller decided that it was time to evolve their brand and create a new website that better reflected who they are today.

What We Did

A legacy of craftsmanship

We worked closely with Schultz Miller’s leadership team to determine the best steps for moving forward with a rebrand. The new logo mark became the centerpiece for the new brand language, and represented the legacy of quality craftsmanship and service Schultz Miller is known for. Once the core brand elements had been established, we worked to create a completely new website and company video. The new video highlighted recent client projects, and discussed the process with the homeowners, lending in inside look into the process.

“Hansen Belyea has come through at a high level with everything they’ve said they would do and everything we’ve asked them to do.”
